Can’t say enough positives about my experience with TOP NOTCH…Stan and Dave were very professional and courteous. They made every effort to minimize disruption of my day-to-day living. At the end of the day they left the work site clean. This was a complete installation in a cape cod, not an easy job. It took 4 days to complete. I’m very impressed with the installation and the performance. It passed all inspections without a hitch.

AC was not working up to par. He seemed honest right from the start and did not try to sell me a new system like most other HVAC companies have done. I only ended up needing refrigerant, but was pleased with the service and tests he ran.

Two People (Dave and Stan) came at the scheduled time. They did a few things and the problem was fixed. Did not actually know what caused the problem but they did do a few things. Both were very professional. They explained what they did. They even covered their shoes when entering the house. I am very satisfied with the service.

I had the luck of choosing Top Notch to install my new central A/C compressor. Stan and Dave were outstanding to deal with. They were honest, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. They were priced competitive and dealt with your schedule for installation. I couldn’t be happier that they did my work. I recommend them as highly as I can. Don’t go past them if you need work on your A/C or heating.

Stan and Dave have been professional and friendly. I had to fire a contractor before getting Top Notch. They came in – fixed what my problems were (caused by the first contractor) and recognized that I needed a bigger unit than had initially been recommended. There has been one issue since and they came out the next day. Would definitely use Top Notch again.

Unfortunately, the units were installed very late in the season and we only got to use the air conditioning 1 day... but, we did love it for that day. We have used the heat a few times. What I especially like is that due to my house layout there is a unit in every room so we only have to use the unit where needed. Dave and his crew were really bad worked very quickly. The inspection went well and in fact, the electrician and plumbing inspectors both said what an exceptional job they did. I should have done this 20 years ago. I am very satisfied and I am sure it will be well worth the money spent.

We looked at a bunch of companies and went with Top Notch because Stan (owner) gave us an estimate and delivered exactly what he promised and also listened to us and our needs - he didn't try to oversell us on anything. He was very competitive with pricing and also knowledgeable/comfortable with installing ceiling cassettes (they are a newer technology). Not only do we love the mini splits, we love Stan and the team at Top Notch! Their customer service is ... well ... top notch! It can be hard to find reliable companies these days, so I'm thrilled we chose them.
